Account details (name, email, hashed password), the business, client and invoice data you enter, and basic usage/log data needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
To provide the invoicing service you sign up for — generating invoices and PDFs, sending emails on your behalf, processing payments through your connected provider, and keeping your account secure.
Sharing
We don't sell your data. It's shared only with the third-party services this app relies on to function — for example, your payment provider (to process a payment) or your email provider (to send invoice emails) — and only as needed for that purpose.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after if required for legal, tax or accounting reasons.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your business, client and invoice data at any time from within the app. Contact us if you need help with anything this doesn't cover.
