Terms of Service
Placeholder text — replace with your own Terms of Service, reviewed by a lawyer, before this app is used by real customers. This copy exists so sign-up has something real to link to, not as legal advice.
1. Using Payola
By creating an account, you agree to use Payola only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You're responsible for the accuracy of the invoices, client information and business details you enter.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Payments
Where online payments are enabled, they're processed by a third-party provider directly into your own connected account — Payola never holds or touches your money. You're responsible for complying with your payment provider's own terms.
4. No professional advice
Payola doesn't provide legal, accounting or tax advice. Consult a qualified professional for guidance specific to your business.
5. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Payola after a change means you accept the updated terms.
